Mehwish Hayat spoke about making peace between India and Pakistan through films in Norway. Pakistani actress Mehwish Hayat made a brave speech on dusting the dust off the reputation of Pakistan and Muslims made by the foreign film Industries. She mentioned that both Bollywood & Hollywood could’ve done better representations of Pakistan & Muslims in her speech from Oslo.
She further mentioned how honored she was to address distinguished guests in Oslo & talk about the relation of film with peace. She spoke about how films from Hollywood & our neighbours have affected Pakistan’s reputation globally. Mehwish said;
