Lead actors of movie Superstar Bilal Ashraf and Mahira become the first south Asian actors to visit Twitter Headquarters UK.

The event will be moderated by sonali shah and Barnardo’s CEO javed Khan and actors Bilal Ashraf and Mahira will share their opinion on social media and mental health implication.

What is Barnardos?

Barnardo’s is a British charity founded by Thomas John Barnardo in 1866, to care for vulnerable children. In the late 20th century, it was implicated in the scandal involving British children sent abroad as child slaves.

Javed Khan is the chief executive of Barnardo’s, the UK’s largest children’s charity Barnardo’s, since 2014, having previously been chief executive of Victim Support

On a question by the host she responded how her film superstar highlights an issue of Pakistani Media industry, which is based on manipulation. And how the industry exploits young girls in pursuing media as a career, that includes sleeping around, she says.
