Have you ever wondered who is the strongest man in the world? Brian Shaw, Eddie Hall or Hafthor Bjornson. Well in Pakistan, Khan baba claims to be the strongest man in Pakistan. Arbab Khizer Hayat best known as Pakistani Hulk or Khan baba is a 27 year old Pakistani guy from Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He claims to be a whopping 436 Kg (960 pounds) in weight and 6 ft 3 inches tall.
He said in an interview that his body started developing suddenly when he was just 18 years old, and he has been continuously growing ever since. Instead of worrying about his fast growing weight, he decided to bulk-up his weight even more by maintaining a high calorie diet. He also claimed to consume over ten thousand calories a day. He said that he eats 36 eggs in breakfast, 4 chickens, 3 kilograms of red meat and 5 liters of milk in a day. He also claimed that he has not caused him any health problems so far. “I don’t have any health issue nor do I feel any discomfort or any other issue with my weight”.
Khan Baba Pakistani Hulk pulls tractor
Local people of Mardan consider Khan baba as a hero. Khan Baba got famous after his tractor pulling videos went viral on social media, where he said that he is preparing for the World Weightlifting Championship. His videos created a massive storm on social media and he became a famous Pakistani internet celebrity. International Magazine Men’s Journal covers Pakistani Man from Mardan.
In another video he claimed that he participated in the World Weightlifting Championship in America and broke the World record by lifting 400kg weight in the competition. He said in an interview, “ There is no one who can break this weightlifting record, even the real Hulk might work a bit with this great lifting challenge”.
Is Khan Baba a Fraud?
Recent rumors about Khan Baba being fake went viral on the internet. A recent video interview by Wrestler Usman Bullet went viral on social media where he told the interviewer that he has been challenging Khan Baba to fight with him for a long time, but there is no response from him which raises a question about the Pakistani Hulk that Khan baba is being a fraud.
The usman further talked about how he once went to Islamabad for his personal work. He decided to go to Mardan to challenge the so-called Pakistani Hulk Khan baba who seems like just a fraud. Usman Bullet says, I rang the bell and a guard appeared on the door. I asked him about Baba, he said yes he is at home. So I told him to go and tell him that Usman Bullet is here from Lahore. The guard invited them in and made them sit where Khan Baba is generally seen sitting in his videos.

Usman bullet also tells about how Baba’s guards started making videos of him and began humiliating for standing up against the pakistani Hulk Khan Baba. Later, Bullet’s guards also began recording the whole scenario. Bullet asked Baba’s guards, “Is Baba really that strong, then go on and show me his belt.” They brought his belt which seemed fake just like him.
